By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge and agree to these house rules.
Check-in: after 15:00
Check-out: by 10:00Upon arrival, all guests are required to present a valid ID for registration (legal requirement). A tourist tax must be paid.
The number of guests must match the reservation. Hosting unregistered persons is not permitted.
Quiet hours are between 22:00 and 07:00. Please respect other guests and neighbors. Parties, loud music, and gatherings of large groups are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed indoors. Smoking is permitted only on balconies, terraces, or outdoor areas.
Pets are not allowed in ENIA apartments.
A shared storage garage is available to guests. The garage and the courtyard area are under video surveillance.
Please handle all equipment and furniture with care. Any damage, malfunction, or missing items must be reported immediately. Damages caused by improper use will be charged to the guest.
Parking is available directly next to the building. Parking is at your own risk.
We are not responsible for personal belongings, injuries, or accidents caused by carelessness. Guests are responsible for their own safety and their belongings during their stay.
Upon departure, please take out the trash, turn off lights and electrical appliances, close windows, and lock the door.
Failure to comply with house rules, disturbing behavior, or police intervention may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund.
Complaints will be accepted only during your stay so we can resolve them promptly.
